Kicks District – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to wear your pair with confidence. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.
•  Returns: You can return unworn sneakers within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with no signs of wear.
•  Refunds: Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it. If approved, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping is non-refundable.
•  Exchanges: We currently don’t offer direct exchanges—just return the order and place a new one for the size or style you want.
•  Final sale: Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
•  Start a return: Email us at support@kicksdistrict.com with your order number, and we’ll send instructions.
Damaged or wrong items → we cover shipping and resolve it ASAP.
